If you are curious as to the benefits of MindBridge's Full Engagement Training, below are notes from a post session check in meeting with a large Japan based multinational recruitment firm.


· Survey results from participants showed increased awareness in life domains, with notable activities like mindful walking and breath control reported by N and R.


· Mindfulness techniques emphasized daily activities, with feedback highlighting the importance of emotional regulation in workplace interactions.


·  P (HR Manager) prioritized authenticity as a core value post-training, focusing on addressing feelings rather than succumbing to people-pleasing.


· Critical feedback highlighted improvement (more time could be given) in the values identification process to prevent rushed decisions and potential biases. David P stressed importance of ongoing values exploration.


· N (Team Manager) suggested creating a hierarchical structure for values assessment to reduce overlap.


· Positive feedback from participants expressed appreciation for the training experience, fostering hopes for future collaboration.


· David P announced soon to be roll out with a new training program aimed at aligning individual, team, and corporate values.
