Resentments

Resentments. Let’s talk about them.

They don’t always announce their presence.

Sometimes they hit you over the head.

Other times they’re quiet, insidious, sneaky, and easy to justify.

They can look like:

“It’s not a big deal…”

“I’ll let it go later.”

“That’s just how things are.”

Left unchecked, resentments don’t disappear — they leak:

Into our mood.

Into our work.

Into our relationships.

Into how we show up with people who had nothing to do with the original issue.

At MindBridge, we see resentments as signals— signals that something important wasn’t acknowledged, expressed, or honored.

How do you notice resentments showing up for you — and what helps you deal with them before they harden?

I’d love to hear your experience. Write me through one of the below links or at david@mindbridge.life
