What happens when you combine evidence-based psychological tools with deep nervous system regulation?

We often try to "think" our way out of stress, but true resilience may require engaging both the mind and the body.

That is why we are thrilled to introduce a new, integrated wellness experience that brings together two powerful, complementary practices: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and traditional Sound Immersion.

Here is how the experience works:

ACT with David Price

ACT is a modern, skills-based approach to mental wellness. Instead of fighting your stress, you learn the mechanics of psychological flexibility—how to unhook from difficult thoughts, stay grounded in the present, and take meaningful action even when things are challenging.

Sound Therapy with Nanako Aramaki

Using traditional brass singing bowls, this practice uses tone and physical vibration to bypass the overactive mind. It directly supports nervous system regulation, creating a profound sense of physical relaxation, embodiment, and calm.

Why this combination?

ACT works at the level of awareness and choice. Sound Therapy works directly on your physiology.

When brought together, participants learn highly practical psychological frameworks, and then enter a non-verbal, restorative state that allows those new tools to land on a much deeper level.

The result is reduced mental noise, sharp focus, emotional regulation, and a clear connection to your core values.

If you are an individual looking for a truly holistic, sustainable approach to stress management and high performance, we would love to connect.

Send a direct message to inquire about availability, details, and pricing.
