Magic and Mindfulness: What do a Master Magician and a Mindfulness Practitioner have in common? A lot more than you might think.

I am thrilled to announce Magic & Mindfulness, a completely unique virtual engagement session where I partner with the Master Magician, David John.

David isn't just an illusionist; he is a master of perception who leaves audiences absolutely spellbound. I have personally watched him wow ages from 3 to 95. Together, we are bridging the gap between the impossible and the present moment.

At first glance, magic and mindfulness might seem like opposite ends of the spectrum. But both share a profound foundation:

  • The Power of Perception: Both rely heavily on acute attention, awareness, and how we choose to view the world around us.

  • Curiosity & Wonder: Both invite us to explore the unseen, question our limitations, and believe in things that seem impossible.

  • Therapeutic Relief: Both serve as powerful pattern interrupts that relieve stress and bring us firmly into the "now."

In this interactive virtual session, we alternate between David’s magical demonstrations and grounding, practical mindful activities. It is an experience designed to spark wonder while equipping your team with real tools for focus and stress relief.

Bring Magic & Mindfulness to your organization! This session is the perfect addition to:

  • Corporate Gatherings: Town halls, quarterly/annual meetings, and New Year kick-offs.

  • Culture & Wellness: Mental health initiatives, milestone appreciations, and team building.

  • Training & Development: A high-energy opener for skills training, management workshops, or L&D programs.

  • External Events: Unforgettable client appreciation sessions.

Ready to bring a little wonder and wellness to your team? Send me a DM or drop a comment below, and let's make some magic happen!
