Mindfulness in the Workplace: Expectations!

Mindfulness at work--this is a concise article that mostly speaks of mindfulness in the workplace. It touches upon the fact that some have challenges with this--often because they put too many expectations on mindfulness. And this is true--if one engages in mindful exercises to "feel better", they will often be frustrated, or find the exercises more difficult. If we engage in mindful exercises to be with what is, we will usually be less frustrated. And the irony is, the end result is that we often end up "feeling better" this way.
